Riding tour Iceland for families with some riding skills
This riding tour in Iceland is suitable for everyone, with some riding skills. We will ride in small groups in the wonderful nature in north Iceland. After a short ride on countryside tracks, we will discover an amazing waterfall “Reykjafoss “often called the steaming falls”! We will also come across a few rivers and easily cross them on the Icelandic horse.
In the amazing natural paradise of the river delta Héraðsvötn you might, (depending on the season), be able to see birds hatching. If you ride with us in the autumn, you will be able to pick a handful of crowberries whilst taking a short break. The terrain offers you the best possibilities to experience the gaits of the Icelandic horse, especially the famous tölt.
